DELIVERY (*) Conditions : Notarial Documents completion, Insurance need to be by
presented by client for transfer ( we can arrange at cost ). Captain Certificate and License,
cleared for Insurance purposes.
PRICE : Confirmed in the currency or EURO
WARRANTY: full Factory Warranties – with support through engine and other
equipment covered directly with Dealer at destination.

VALIDITY : prices valid as per confirmation Week 39

Terms and Conditions:

All our products need to be paid 100% prior to delivery to any customer. Goods marked
as “on stock”, are either on our stocks here in Manila, or in our European Stock and will
be delivered the quickest way possible, subject to of course on First pay first serve base.
Delivery if not otherwise confirmed by management will remain at Sustainable Charters
Inc. designated Location within the Philippines or off the shore if required by law.
Ordered and /or paid or partially goods that remain in our warehouse, berth, stocks, for
more than 7 days after landed/ parked/ stored, will be charged with warehouse fees of
1500.-PHP / 100kgs of weight per day. For oversize items, such as custom products,
boats, goods heavier than 1 ton, the warehouse/ storage fees are of 5,000.-PHP/ Ton
used/ day.
Goods partially paid , which are not fully paid after 21 days schedule deadline, will be
considered abandoned, and property will return in full to Seller, ergo buyer will lose any
right to the goods. For any delays under uncontrollable situations such as Covid-19 or
other restriction that will or might affect logistic, seller will not liable to the client at any
