Dear Mr. Cena,

Greetings from Sinai Elementary School

Our school will be having the Nutrition and Sports Day on _____________ 2023 from
_______ until ______. In line with this activity, we would like to request Nestle Philippines,
Inc. through its brand MILO to conduct a free MILO wet sampling in our school during the
said event. We are aware that your free MILO sampling will be serve only to students with
ages seven years old and above that would be from Grade 1 to Grade 6 levels. We may
therefore request that you conduct the free MILO to 400 students which is the total
population of our students from grade one to grade six levels.

The students who will avail of the MILO wet sampling in our school will be supervised by
their respective classroom teachers. However, we would request your assistance by providing
the right number of people to prepare the MILO product mixing and the right number of
trained people who will serve the MILO products to the students.
