SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, VERNA DIZON, Filipino, married of legal age, with postal address at
Hondagua, Lopez, Quezon, do hereby name, constitute and appoint JASTINE A.
OLIVEROS, of legal age, with postal address at Brgy. Binutas Calauag, Quezon to be
my true and lawful Attorney-In-Fact to be in my name, place and stead, to do all the
following acts, to wit:
1. To transact, verify, negotiate, process all the necessary documents to all
government agencies with regards to the processing, correction (if any) and
verification status of our property particularly describe as Lot No. 5965;
Original Certificate of Title No. 1/0/1900 located at Danlagan, Lopez,
Quezon and eventually to get a certified true copy of its original title from the
Register of Deeds Lucena City:
2. To sign, execute and or submit all documents that maybe necessary to be
signed and submitted in connection with the above request to the concern
agency/ies;
3. To SIGN, EXECUTE, TRANSACT any and all necessary documents to the
above given authority and do and perform all acts relative thereto;
HEREBY GIVING and GRANTING unto said Attorney-in-Fact full necessary
power and authority to do and perform any and every act requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could, if
personally present and acting in person.
HEREBY RATIFYING and CONFORMING all that my said Attorney-in-Fact may
also do cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
