1. All Fasttrack remote access requests to SAP B1 and SAP DB/SQL server should be
documented using the Remote Access Request Form
2. The requestor will raise ticket to Web Ticketing Tool via support.com. Please refer to
Company credentials below:

3. In situations where the Web consultant requests for a remote access to SAP B1 (using the
Manager account) and/or SAP DB/SQL server (using SA user account), the requestor will fill
out the Remote Access Request Form to be submitted to the system manager
sample.name@sample.com and finance manager sample.name@sample.com.
4. The requestor should send a MS Teams Meeting invite for the proposed remote access date
and time which will be confirmed by the system manager.
5. All requests should be reviewed by the finance manager to check if there is any system
and/or access control exposure.
6. Only confirmed and reviewed Remote Access Request Form should be granted remote
access to SAP/SQL Server.
7. Once the issue is resolved, the requestor should fill out Part B (Web Activity Logs) of the
form. Login, logout, and activity details will be posted by Fasttrack consultant in their
ticketing tool.
8. Once the issue has been resolved, the requestor should (1) insert his/her E-sig (2) fill out the
sign off date (3) save the form as .pdf and (4) insert review email screen shot (with date) to
be forwarded to the system manager and finance manager.
9. All signed off Remote Access Request Form will be filed in a SharePoint repository for future
or audit purposes.
