DNA

1. Persiapkan Bahan: Siapkan kantong penyimpanan ASI, kantong Ziplock,

bubble wrap, dan kotak pengiriman.
2. Kumpulkan ASI: Dapatkan minimal 5ml ASI, simpan dalam kantong steril, dan
label dengan nama dan tanggal.
3. Bungkus dengan Aman: Letakkan kantong ASI dalam Ziplock, lalu bungkus
dengan bubble wrap.
4. Siapkan Kotak: Gunakan kotak pengiriman kecil dan aman, isi dengan bahan
penahan jika perlu.
5. Kirim ke Elinor: Alamatkan dan kirim kotak ke Elinor.
6. Beritahu Elinor: Hubungi Elinor setelah pengiriman.
7. Perhatikan Kualitas: Pastikan ASI tidak rusak atau bau sebelum dikirim.
