    HOUSE RULES

     Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit / room/ premises.


     Follow your scheduled check out time (12:00 NN) as we will have
    to prepare and sanitize the rooms for the next guests.
     Switch off / turn off the Aircon, lights shower and faucet when not
    in use or when you will be going out of the unit.
     Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
     Kindly avoid littering inside the room/unit. Dispose off trash
    properly.
     Alcohol consumption is allowed at the dining area but drink in
    moderation.
     Prohibited drugs and firearms are not allowed inside the premises.
    Guests caught with these items will be reported immediately to the
    authorities.
     Losses of any valuable items or damages to the property by the
    guest will be charged accordingly
     Please take care of your valuables. Management will not be
    responsible for any loss, stolen or damages of your personal
    belongings.
