This day, we conducted an Intensive Child Mapping at Sitio Centro in Brgy. Lalo,City of

Tayabas. We (Mary Joy A. Edresa, Marilyn C. Oliveros, Myrna B. Tabernilla, Mark Kevin P.

Ranillo, Abbiegail M. Aguerra, Rich- Ann E. Dulot, and Larvin O. Labrada) divide our team into

two groups, so that we can accommodate more houses to make an interview with. There are 47

(5-11 years old), 21 (12-15 years old), and 8 (16-18 years old) regular pupils. The Out of School

Youth (OSY) in Elementary level is 0, and in Secondary level is 0. There are 1 person/s that

should be enrolled in Special Education (SPED).

Day 2- April 12, 2016

This day, we conducted an Intensive Child Mapping at Sitio Ilaya in Brgy. Lalo,City of

Tayabas. We (Mary Joy A. Edresa, Marilyn C. Oliveros, Abbiegail M. Aguerra, Rich- Ann E.

Dulot, and SPED teacher, Jane Hala Forca) divide our team into two groups, so that we can

accommodate more houses to make an interview with. There are 23 (5-11 years old), 19 (12-15

years old), and 10 (16-18 years old) regular pupils. The Out of School Youth (OSY) in

Elementary level is 0, and in Secondary level is 0. There are 0 person/s that should be enrolled in

Special Education (SPED).

Day 3- April 14, 2016

This day, we conducted an Intensive Child Mapping at Sitio Pinagpala in Brgy. Lalo,City

of Tayabas. We (Mary Joy A. Edresa, Marilyn C. Oliveros, Abbiegail M. Aguerra, and Rich-

Ann E. Dulot) divide our team into two groups, so that we can accommodate more houses to

make an interview with. There are 85 (5-11 years old), 36 (12-15 years old), and 24 (16-18 years

old) regular pupils. The Out of School Youth (OSY) in Elementary level is 0, and in Secondary

level are 2. There are 0 person/s that should be enrolled in Special Education (SPED).

This day, we conducted an Intensive Child Mapping at Sitio Sambat in Brgy. Lalo,City of

Tayabas. We (Mary Joy A. Edresa, Marilyn C. Oliveros, Abbiegail M. Aguerra, Rich- Ann E.

Dulot) divide our team into two groups, so that we can accommodate more houses to make an

interview with. There are 63 (5-11 years old), 26 (12-15 years old), and 12 (16-18 years old)

regular pupils. The Out of School Youth (OSY) in Elementary level is 4, and in Secondary level

are 3. There are 0 person/s that should be enrolled in Special Education (SPED).

Day 5- April 25, 2016

This day, we conducted an Intensive Child Mapping at Don Elpidio in Brgy. Lalo,City of

Tayabas. We (Mary Joy A. Edresa, Rich- Ann E. Dulot, Larvin O. Labrada, SPED teacher Jane

Hala Forca and ALS facilitator Clarine Reyes) divide our team into two groups, so that we can

accommodate more houses to make an interview with. There are 90 (5-11 years old), 45 (12-15

years old), and 29 (16-18 years old) regular pupils. The Out of School Youth (OSY) in

Elementary level is 4, and in Secondary level are 3. There are 0 person/s that should be enrolled

in Special Education (SPED).

Day 6- April 27, 2016

This day, we conducted an Intensive Child Mapping along the hi-way in Brgy. Lalo,City

of Tayabas. We (Mary Joy A. Edresa, Larvin O. Labrada) divide our team into two groups, so

that we can accommodate more houses to make an interview with. There are 40 (5-11 years old),

19 (12-15 years old), and 13 (16-18 years old) regular pupils. The Out of School Youth (OSY) in

Elementary level is 7, and in Secondary level are 8. There are 0 person/s that should be enrolled

in Special Education (SPED).

 Day 7- April 28, 2016

This day, we conducted an Intensive Child Mapping at White House in Brgy. Lalo,City

of Tayabas. We (Mary Joy A. Edresa, Rich- Ann E. Dulot, Larvin O. Labrada, SPED teacher

Jane Hala Forca and ALS facilitator Clarine Reyes) divide our team into two groups, so that we

can accommodate more houses to make an interview with. There are 23 (5-11 years old), 15 (12-

15 years old), and 7 (16-18 years old) regular pupils. The Out of School Youth (OSY) in

Elementary level is 4, and in Secondary level is 1. There are 0 person/s that should be enrolled in

Special Education (SPED).

Day 8- May 6, 2016

This day, we conducted an Intensive Child Mapping at Greenheights Subdivision in

Brgy. Lalo,City of Tayabas. We (Mary Joy A. Edresa, Rich- Ann E. Dulot, Mark Kevin P.

Ranillo, SPED teacher Jane Hala Forca and ALS facilitator Clarine Reyes) divide our team into

two groups, so that we can accommodate more houses to make an interview with. There are 58

(5-11 years old), 33 (12-15 years old), and 15 (16-18 years old) regular pupils. The Out of

School Youth (OSY) in Elementary level is 0, and in Secondary level is 0. There are 1 person/s

that should be enrolled in Special Education (SPED).

There are 442 total number of households mapped in Brgy. Lalo, Tayabas City. There are

a total of 429 (5-11 years old), 214 (12-15 years old), and 118 (16-18 years old), with an overall

total of 761 regular students. There are 15 Out of School Youth (OSY) in Elementary level, and

17 in Secondary level. There 2 persons in Special Education (SPED)
