Inhale the air so fresh and clean,

A breath of life, a sight unseen.

But then you light that cigarette,

And all that purity, you forget.

The smoke, it swirls, and fills your lungs,

A poison that should leave you stunned.

It may seem cool, or help you cope,

But in the end, it's just a slippery slope.

The cost of smoking is far too high,

Your health and well-being, it will defy.

It'll take your money, and your time,

And turn your life into a constant climb.

But there is hope and there is light,

A chance to choose a healthier sight.

To live a life that's free and pure,

And enjoy the world, so bright and sure.

So stand up tall, and take a stand,

Against this addiction, so out of hand.

For the sake of yourself and those you love,

Choose a life of health, and rise above.

Smoking cigarettes is a bad decision,

It takes away your precious vision.

It's so hard to stop, I know,

But you can put down that smoke and let it go.

The smoke you inhale is full of harm,

It will cause your lungs to alarm.

Your life's danger and that's no lie,

If you don't stop smoking, it could make you die.

Choose a path which is the right one,

Put down those cigarettes and be done.

You can be advocate of this cause,

And help those around you to pause.

The best way to go is to not start,

Helping others not to play the part.

Encourage them to make healthier choices,

And leave behind those awful voices.

Take a stand against smoking cigarettes,

And make your life a happier bet.

Help those around you to stay healthy,

And encourage them to make a better destiny.
