Greetings!
This is in reference to your letter dated June 26, 2023 giving the latter five
(5) days within which to furnish your good office with photocopies of ITRs for
return periods 12/31/2018, 12/31/2019 and 12/31/2020.
The said letter was actually received by the undersigned yesterday, July 23,
2023, when she visited her in-laws in San Juan, Iriga City considering that she and
her family already moved and now reside in Nabua, Camarines Sur.
In compliance therewith, attached is the 12/2018 ITR as proof of its filing.
Apologies if the undersigned could no longer locate her copies of 2019 and 2020
ITRs but she believes in good faith that she had filed the same. The email
confirmations of their online filing are likewise attached herewith.
The undersigned prays for the adjustment of the records accordingly.
For any subsequent communications, kindly send the same to the
undersigned’s office address considering that she no longer resides in San Juan,
