3.2 Requirement

Aircraft Maintenance Planning Engineer must:

1. Check any ADD Notification (03) in system on aircraft type or aircraft registration.
2. Check any Deferred Item (07) in system or in other information source on aircraft type or
aircraft registration.
3. Analyze and evaluate the ADD which is under investigation or need troubleshooting per MOE/
RSQM / AMO MANUAU EM 2.9.
4. Communicate the data to the HIL or Deferred item publisher or manager to clarify problem
5. Create rectification order refer to current and effective aircraft or component maintenance
aircraft maintenance manual per MOE/ RSQM / AMO MANUAl! EM 2.15.
6. Inform and coordinate the order to planner for available ground time and resources.
7. Review Category and Due Date DDG (Dispatch Deficiency Guide)
8. Propose for HIL extension if HIL will/ overdue due to some reasons

Aircraft Maintenance Planner must:

1. Plan HIL Closing based on A/ C schedule and resources (Man Power and Material) per MOE/
RSQM / AMO MANUAL/ EM 2.28.
2. Ensure availability of material for closing HIL or Deferred Item
3. Deploy Order or HIL/ defect rectification list to Production (Technician)
4. Control accomplishment for closing HIL or Deferred Item

Aircraft Maintenance Technician/Engineer must:

1. Rectify defect/HIL per MOE/ RSQM / AMO MANUAL/ EM L2.3
2. Write detail rectification on Cabin Maintenance Logbook
3. Close HIL (D3) or Deferred Item (D7) in system
