    RCA BONA PLUS WITHOUT SIDE TAPE

    RCA Details:
    Bona Plus L-50 Without Side Tape Complaint was received on 21-July-23. In-depth investigation, there
    was such as issue occurred in Machines and Quality Staff was found during online inspection 320
    defective pieces of Side Tape Missing & Fold in whole 12Hrs Shift, but operation report was not
    mentioned any breakdown of side tape issue, it is concluded that it was isolated issue which was
    skipped from sorting product because Quality Re-assurance report shown Machine detection system
    was good in whole shift,

    Below are the potential causes,

    Sorting Bags Mixed with A Grade or No Mention any Tags for recognition,

    Stock unavailability in warehouse for further investigation

    It is isolated Issue,

    1. Separate Sorting/Hold SFG Area with proper marking ,
