Passport Holding Agreement

Parties:

Background:

Party A has agreed to advance Party B the sum of 3,000 AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) for the
purpose of realizing Party B's passport, which is currently held by an agent until the outstanding
amount is cleared. In consideration of this advance, Party B agrees to grant Party A temporary
possession of her passport for a duration of 10 months.

Terms and Conditions:

1. Advance Payment: Party A agrees to advance 3,000 AED to Party B to facilitate the release of
Party B's passport from the agent.

2. Passport Holding Period: Party B agrees to allow Party A to hold her passport for a period of
10 months from the Effective Date.

3. Repayment: The advanced amount of 3,000 AED shall be deducted from Party B's monthly
salary in three equal installments of 1,000 AED each. These deductions shall commence in
the first month following the Effective Date and continue until the total amount is repaid.

4. Passport Return: Upon the successful completion of the 10-month holding period and the
full repayment of the advanced amount, Party A shall return Party B's passport promptly.
Party A shall not unreasonably withhold the passport beyond this period.

5. Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice to the other
party. In the event of termination, Party A shall return Party B's passport within 7 days from
the date of termination.

6. Confidentiality: Party A agrees to treat Party B's passport and any related information as
confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without Party B's written consent.

Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your

Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior
