Situation: Wayv presents a novel innovative solution, in a significant and sustainable high growth
market led by Government legislation. The Company has quickly established relationships with key
stakeholders, is now seeking to trial its boiler with several customers, private and public, and
anticipates to receive final approval in 2023/24. Wayv has partnered with Jabil in production and
manufacturing development to accommodate scaling. The Company is now finalizing market tests
and prototypes and working with house builders and authorities to roll out scale production in 2024.
