General Manager
In this part, it shows who will be the general manager, cashier, cook, and service crew. Each
members of the management team will have their own task and obligation to perform. The
team is required to work together in order for the improvement of the business, to meet its
goal which is to increase income and make the business grow.
General Manager
A General Manager, or GM, is responsible for running day-to-day operations
at a business and guiding general business strategy. Their duties include
overseeing hiring and scheduling staff, tracking cash flow and setting sales
goals for their team.
Cashier
A Cashier, or Retail Cashier, is responsible for processing cash, debit, credit
and check transactions using a cash register or other point-of-sale system in
a retail environment. Their duties include balancing the cash register,
making change, recording purchases, processing returns and scanning
items for sale.
Cook
A cook is responsible for preparing ingredients at an establishment that
serves food, processing customer orders, producing meals and cleaning their
workspace throughout the day to follow health and safety guidelines. Cooks
follow recipes consistently, make adjustments based on customer requests,
communicate with wait staff and prepare garnishes to make an attractive
presentation for each meal.
Service crew
Service crew performs many roles, including serving customers that
patronise an eatery, restaurant or hotel, tending to the cash register and
clearing tables.
