Each job has its task.

It seems that we can do everything on our own, but many times we fail to do
so. Any task requires a team and teamwork to achieve the best results. My experiences convince me
of that because from the most minor things to the most complex things in life, they require
cooperation with others. The team should have exactly as many members as needed, no more, no
less. Each member should know and perform their role to the best of their ability.

Most important of all in a team is the cooperation between team members and their connections
between them. The second important thing is dedication to the task. When these two things come
together, the success of the team as a whole is assured.

On the other hand, working in a team can be risky, as the individual is in the shadow of the group, or
the group rejects the individual. Another phenomenon is when only one will bear the burden of the
team task, and the rest of the members are just observers who do not work.

However, teamwork proved to be the most productive way to achieve the goal and task given to us.
That's why we should always be cooperative towards others and do our best to do the right thing.
