A Plan
 A Plan is a diagram of a location or building.

 There are two types of plans namely, Floor Plans and


the Elevation Plans.

What does Floor Plan show?

A floor plan shows the inside layout of a structure like a


house

Solutions Final Assessment
1. A three-bedroom house is being represented on the floor plan
2. It means that the length of something on that floor plan must be multiplied
by 125 to get its real length.
3. a) Windows are shown by a double line in the outside walls.
b) Doors are shown by a vertical line. Their swing direction is shown by a
quarter of a circle.
c) Sliding doors are shown by a line segment.
d) outside walls are double the width of inside walls.
4. Approximately 7 mm
5. 900 mm ÷ 125 = 7,2 mm. It was out by 0,2 mm.
