Executive Summary
Lybrate is looking for a solution that would help them send transactional emails to the existing
customer base with near real-time tips and updates. The Project would consist of getting the
required details from the Lybrate team.

According to the use-case ACC team will develop an application which will provide rest APIs that will
help to send up to 4 Million emails per day, within a timeframe of 6 hours.

ACC team will also provide daily analytical reports for the completed process using a dashboard,
which will have following details:

> Email Delivery - Successful and Bounced

> Email - Opened, Clicked

> Adding and removing of suppression list

To deliver this solution ACC will build a serverless application using AWS cloud native services.

Project Success Criteria:

ACC is responsible for providing REST APIs and analytical report dashboard to Lybrate team for
sending transactional emails through AWS SES. The Project would consist of getting the
required details in request object and send it to the end customer over email, using AWS SES.

Scope of Work - Technical Project Plan:

AWS SES – Domain verification and DKIM setting
Sender Email verification, SPF Setting

Assumptions & Customer/Partner Responsibilities:

Assumptions

 We would get dedicated / partial support from Lybrate Team for all dependencies
highlighted during the execution of Project.
 We have defined Scope of Work, any additional scope will be contracted separately on an
effort basis.
 All materials developed under this Project would be handed over to the Lybrate Team.
 Travel cost (if any) will be billed to Lybrate Team at cost. Other Direct Costs (ODCs) will be
invoiced at cost plus administrative burden.

 AWS account with required access for the AWS services

 Required API request details.

Risks

 Timebound deliverables required as per scope from Lybrate Team for timely execution of
project by ACC.
 Non dedicated / partial support from Lybrate Team for all dependencies highlighted during
the execution of Project.

taxes that might apply. Your actual fees depend on a variety of factors, including your actual
usage of AWS services.

Terms and Conditions:

• Taxes as applicable.
• Payment has to be cleared within 15 days of the invoice date.
• Project will start within 1 week of receiving PO by ACC Finance team
• 25% Advance Payment before project commences, 25% Payment at half-way point of the
project implementation and remaining 50% Payment after project goes live.
• GST and/or other taxes are applicable as per the government regulations on above pricing
and will be charged extra.
• No-Hire provision

• ACC will use the Customer’s AWS Account for implementing the solution not its own
• Use of AWS Services is Subject to AWS Customer Agreement as displayed on AWS Website.
• Customers will be responsible for AWS Services consumption and will be making payments
for the same to AWS directly.
• Customer agrees to be a marketing reference for AWS and ACC respectively in the form of an
online Logo, Case Study and Video Testimonial.
• Outside Mumbai and Thane, Travel and food should be reimbursed
• These commercials are valid for 30 days from the date of the proposal.
