Sensitivity pattern of a perticular organism may differ in vivo as body responds to antibiotics differently in some cases
Antibiotics in which MIC values are not provided by machine will be provided by either E-strip or manual disc diffusion
method.
Culture growth with more than 3 types of organisms should be considered as colonizer growth or contamination.

Few sensitivity pattern of bacteria with critical alert are as follows

1) MBL: Metallobetalactamase
2) CRE: Carbapenamase producing Enterobactericeae
3) VRE: Vancomycin resistant Enterococci
4) MRSA: Methicillin resistant Staphylococci
