THINK

REFLE
Based on the article we've learned that our body is made out of 70% water and
we all know that we are also made out of cell. Water is essential to us for it helps

our organs function especially our cell, cells needs water to sustain it's purpose.
Several effects happens when we are dehydrated, the change in our mental and
physical state that will rapidly show. Dehydration triggers our cellular level and
will experience shrinkage in which water is effectively borrowed to maintain
other stores such as blood that circulates in our body and once that happens, our
nervous system will ultimately increase the sensation of thirst. The blood gets
thicker and when that happens, our cardio vascular system will compensate by
increasing our heart rate in order to maintain our blood pressure. We've learned
that the lack of water in our body will cost not only that it will affect our cell
functions temporarily but also it appears that our brain tissue fluid decreases
resulted in decrease of brain volume and triggers our kidneys to retain water and
when that happens, and in that point our cells experience Osmosis or the
movement of the water coming out of the cells causing it to shrink and will
eventually cause our cells to die sue to dehydration. So there is this phrase that
states " you can live without eating but not without water.'' this can be supported
by some of the people who wants to lose weight they engage in water diet in
which they can only consume water as Thier meals through out the day.
Although consuming water will don't guarantee you that you will receive the
proper nutrients that your body needs for example proteins, vitamins, etc. For our
cell to successfully replicate and is for growing. We conclude that water is
essential in our body, in order for us to fully function in every aspect there is.
