me for Dementia -severe stage. She has symptoms suggestive of
behavioral and psychological symptoms of dementia too.

She also suffers from diabetes, high blood pressure.

She is bed bound with severe cognitive deficit in terms of memory and
cannot perform her activities of daily living independently.

She needs to wear diapers as she has double incontinence.
