- Specific: Be a better know venture in our local área.
- Measurable: In a period of 5 motnhs to be able to put a larger establishment
- Achievable: Buy higher quality products wholesale.
- Realistic: Create a web page of the company so that more people can know it.
- Time bound: Attract the attention of more people.
Long-term
- Specific: Getting to consolidate a company and be one of the best in our field.
- Measurable: In a certain time I can place establishments in some of the main cities of the country
- Achievable: Be know throughout the country.
- Realistic: Expand our establishment in more áreas of the city.
- Time bound: Create ads to be able to bring our work to all listeners.
5 Market research
Competitors direct:
- In the first place it would be the art schools, their way of sealling is teaching infants how to draw
and paint, this is done in large centers or establishments.
- Another could also be the motivational and social workshops that serve so that children can be
distracted and not only learn, also relax, doing outdoor activities, as well as clearly teaching them
to express what they like in the form of drawing.
Competitors indirect:
- They would be the bookstores or stores where coloring or painting books are sold.

Humanitarian:
- Encourage clear and concise communication among staff.
- Give them incentives and recognitions such as prizes, opportunities, etc.
- Foster respect, collaboration and trust within the work environmet.

- Carry out an exclusive analysis of the economic situation.
- Create surveys to find out who our target audience is.
