 BOARD RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, Our Organization, the United Ilocandia Fraternity/Sorrority Inc. Civic Action Group
Aparri Chapter, being an accredited Non-Government Organization and member of the Municipal
Planning and Development of the Municipality of Aparri is continually looking for ways and means of
laying out projects and missions which offers abetment and assistance of the community.

WHEREAS, With the all the missions and projects of the Organization, we acknowledge the selfless toil
of all our members for their generous contribution to the success of each endeavors.

WHEREAS, We also take into account the magnanimosity of those officers who has led our members to
be able to facilitate those projects and missions in its fruition.

WHEREAS, RICHARD LORENZO D. CASTILLEJOS AND JEFFREY G. MANZANO has served as former
officers of our Organization the, United Ilocandia Fraternity/Sorrority, Inc Civic Action Group
Aparri Chapter and has greatheartedly offered their utmost service and allegiance to the visions and
objectives of our organization.

WHEREAS, By the virtue of the authority accorded to me by the United Ilocandia Fraternity/Sorrority,
Inc Civic Action Group Aparri Chapter in or aim to recognized their beneficence has nominated their
appointment to a higher responsibily.

RESOLVED, that the following members are appointed to the position next to their names to serve
unless he resigns, is removed from position or otherwise disqualified from serving as officer of this
organization to take their respective position immediately upon such appointment.

RICHARD LORENZO CASTILLEJOS : ADVISER

JEFFREY G. MANZANO : COORDINATOR

RESOLVED FURTHER, That the officers of this Organization are each acting alone is hereby authorized
to do and perform any and all such acts, including execution of any and all documents and certificate s
as such officers shall deem necessary or advisable to carry out the purposes and intent of the foregoing
resolutions.
RESOLVED FURTHER, thar any actions taken by such officers prior to the date of the foregoing
resolutions adopted hereby that are within the authority entered thereby are hereby ratified, confirmed
and approved as the acts and deeds of this Organization.

It is certified by the undersigned that the foregoing resolution was duly passed by the board of Officers
on the day of 11th day of November in the year of our Lord 2020 in Aparri, Cagayan, in Accordance with
the laws and bylaws governing the Organization and that the said resolution has been duly recorded in
the minute book and is in full force and effect.
