Speaking test: Good morning teacher, my name is cavan choy kei fung,

and I am fiftheen years old. Today, I am going to talk about fitness


club.my topic is going to revolve around my fitness club that yesterday
joined.My fitness club name, THE MUSCLE BAR is located at the heart
of Kota Kemuning so I can reach there by cycling.Because of my
mothers constant nagging about my body shape so I decided to attend
the fitness club so that I can keep fit.in addition this,I wish to shake
off some extra weight though, 10kilogram is my ultimate target!
Speaking of my exercise schedule, will do a wushu exercises on every
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. My favourite of all time is wushu as I
find it quite effective in losing weight.On the alternate days, will
undergo some yoga sessions to relax my muscle. So that my muscle will
not cramp at night. The effects and benefits gained ae obvious! Within
ten sessins, I have lost 5kilogram. I also can make more new friends
who like do exercise that same as me,expanding my social network.
Understand that health is not a theory from any textbook but actions
needed to maintain it so I will train myself to be more disciplined. My
feeling about joing is my life is packed with meaningful activities.i have
a sense of fulfilment. I feel thankful for having my health improved and
at the same time, enchancing my determination as I was the one who
would give up easily before this.
