'' AN ORDER ORGANIZING HOUSE CLUSTERS WITH DESIGNATED CLUSTER

LEADER IN THE BARANGAY FOR THE CONDUCTN OF BARANGAY DRUG-
CLEARING OPERATIONS''

WHEREAS, it is the policy of the state to safeguard the integrity of its territory an dthe
well-being of its citizenry from the ill-effects of dangerous drugs;
WHEREAS, the Dangerous Drugs Board was created by virtue of Republic Act No.
9165 otherwise known as “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002”as the policy-
making and strategy-formulating body in the planning and formulation of policies and
programs on drug prevention and control;
WHEREAS, Chapter IV, Section 39, Paragraph 20 of Republic Act No. 7160 or the
Local Government Code of the Philippines mandates that barangays shall adopt measures
towards the preventoin and eradication of drugs abuse;
WHEREAS, Memorandum Circular No. 2015-063 of the Department of the Interior
Local Givernment calls for the revitalizatio of Barangay Anti-Drug Abuse Council to
formulate, plan, strategize, implement, and evaluate programs and porjects on drug
prevention;
WHEREAS, Section 6 of the Board Regulation No. 3 Series of 2017 of the Dangerous
Drugs Board provides for the guidelines in the conduct of Barangay Drugs Clearning
Operations;
NOW THEREFORE, I ADAM P. ZAMBRANO, Punong Barangay of Saray, by virtue
of the power vested upon me by law do hereby the organization of House Cluster with
designated Cluster Leader in the Barangay, to wit:

SECTION 1. TITLE
There shall be known as House Cluster in Barnagay Saray, Municipality of Salay,
Misamis Oriental.

SECTION 2. COMPOSITION

 The House Cluster shall be organized by Purok with designated Cluster Leader, to
wit,

3. ROSITO E. PADA
4. SANTIAGO B. LLAGAS
5. HELEN C. GUINALANG
6. JOHN Z. DAGUAN
7. ARIEL B. MAESTRADO

9. ASILA L. CABUTAJE
10. MIRAFLOR M. CALIX
11. VENERANDO T. MAESTRADO
12. MACARIO W. IGNALIG
13. NICODEMO S. ZAMBRANO
14. MARIVIC O. PAHAYAG
15. ALLAN L. DACAR
16. EUGENIO A. LAGRAMA
17. NICK ABAPO

SECTION 3. FUNCTION
The Cluster Leader shall directly report to the BADAC all essential facts pf any illegal
drugs activities within his/her cluster, such as name of pushers/ushers/marijuana cultivation
activities, clandestine laboratory operations and other drug related data.

SECTION 4. EFFECTIVITY
This Executive Order shall take effect immediately. Done this 6th day of October 2021 at
Barangay Saray, Salay Misamis Oriental.
