“Cala–cala ES Kumustahan Patrol Special Edition 2021-2022”

“Cala–cala ES conducted Kumustahan

Patrol 2021in support of DepEd MisOr

Kamustahan 2021-2022. This is an initiative to

welcome the learners for the school year 2021-

2022 opening of classes. It was implemented

on September 13 -17 2021.Though learners

cannot physically enter the school, they can

still engage in different activities through virtual meetings and gatherings to make them feel that

they are still part of the school and their teachers are still there to help them learn.

Our kamustahan activities

includes orientation on distance learning

approach, checking on learners well-

being during this pandemic, virtual

activities and games like tiktok dancing,

guessing game and the like. Our teacher –

guidance counselor Maam Rosebelle G.

Fermo received and entertained learners

and parents call with regards to some issues regarding answering the modules and how to cope

or reduce the stress of homeschooling.

Each teacher-adviser conducted a virtual meet up to greet their learners and to welcome

them in their respective class. They also oriented parents on policy guidelines in entering the

school during the distribution and retrieval of modules. Also, teachers assure parents and

learners that they can be easily reach when there is problem arise about the module.

Kamustahan. She oriented the parents ans the teachers to observed the minimum health and

safety protocol and advise teachers to prepare their classroom for a limited face to face

arrangement if in case the government will allow.

To sum it up, the kamustahan was deemed successful because children and parents were

so engaged in the activities and they had so much fun aside from learning.
