⚫ 查看色带盒上是否有用于检测色带张力的摆臂装置 Check if it have

tension oscillating assembly for ribbon tension control on cassette.

⚫ 没有摆臂的老机型只能整机更换 For the old type D01 printer without

tension oscillating assembly, need to replace the complete printer.
 KEY POINT
⚫ 关打印机电源，拔出电源线 Power off the printer and
pull out power cable.

⚫ 打开控制器后盖 Open the cover of controller .

⚫ 查看主板序列号 Check the SN of main board.

 KEY POINT
⚫ 对于主板序列号在214之前的，需要同时更换主板+接口板，并更新
触摸屏软件。If the SN of mainboard is before 214, need to
replace main board + interface board and upgrade software of
UI.

⚫ 对于主板序列号在214之后的只需要更换主板。If the SN of
mainboard is after 214, only need to replace main board.
