AFFILIATION TO HOAs FEDERATION AS MEMBER ASSOCIATION

WHEREAS, the Presiding Officer __Mario T. Daracan___, the President of the Association
opened to the body regarding its affiliation to the HOAs Federation as a Member Associations.

WHEREAS, the presider informs the body of the importance of being part of the Federation
to be able to deliver the issues and concerns of the members associations to the concerned agencies
for possible resolutions and/ or actions.

WHEREAS, after deliberation on the matter on motion of Board Director Marilyn A. Ocay and
duly seconded by the consensus, it was;

RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that, the majority of the Board and majority of the
members of the Association agreed and approved its affiliation to the HOAs Federation as a member
association and shall comply its requirements for membership.
 RESOLVED FURTHER that, a copy of this Resolution duly notarized will be forwarded to the
HOAs Federation for information and approval of membership.
