42 introduction of the meeting that started at about 9:40 AM. The roll call of attendance
43 was done by Pat Lorenzo Magat, Asst. PCAD PNCO. The welcome remarks were
44 delivered by PLT RICHARD M ALARIN, Vice-Chairman, TWG for PNP, and formally
45 called the meeting to order.
