Time: 2:30 pm

Before opening the Case of Punong Barangay Arnel U. Urganay give a short message to the
complainants and respondents to tell the truth as a rule of Barangay Justice.

Punong Barangay: Read the complaints against the respondent ELMO U. MARANTAN about transferring
of title Lot No. 682 to his name include the Residential Lot of Ma. Teresa R. Ursulum;

ELMO MARANTAN: Show the Deed of Donations as his evidence to Punong Barangay Arnel U. Urganay
and also stated that the said Lot was inherited to him by his grandmother Genoveba U.
Marantan year 2006;

PUNONG BARANGAY: After read the Deed of Donations he then asked Clarita Orteza and
Rosalina Marantan if they are the signatories of the said Deed of Donation year 2017;

Clarita Orteza: She is in doubt to admit her signature and not even remember to sign the Deed of
Donation, she said that never go to Attorney’s Office and she didn’t know the face of the
lawyer who sign the Deed of Donation;

Rosalina Marantan: Same statement with Clarita Orteza, she stated and insisted that she didn’t
remember that she signed the said Deed of Donation and not even recognized or remembered the face
of the lawyer who signed the Notary and of the Deed of Donation, she also stated when she got married
to Valentine U. Marantan and she remembered that his late husband told once that the said LOT was
divided into three portion for sibling Genoveba U. Marantan, Florentina U. Unipa and Juanita U.
Ursulum;

Franklin Ragsac: Asked Elmo why he bought some portion of Lot to Florentina Unipa that inherited by
Rolly Unipa;

ElMO Marantan: Answered and stated the word of Rolly Unipa that must not sell to him the said Lot if
they
knew that they are not the Land Owner;

Elmo Marantan also stated that the Lot 682 was bought by his grandfather Juan
Marantan from Gover Valera which told him by Adriana U. Umuso befor;
Juanita Ursulum: Also told to the group that before planning to build the house I have asked permission
to my sister and she told me that I have the right because the Lot is divided into 3 portion for us;

When we start to build a house I asked permission to Elmo Marantan if he wants me to

be their neighbor and answered YES LOLA and he told me also the lot is divided into
three portion;

Punong Barangay: Admitted that since the dispute are complicated and need a further study and the
barangay level is not capable to settle or mediate the dispute and it is better refer to higher Government
or Private Legal Offices to give more accurate advices as they expertise.

Adjournment: 3:30 in the in the afternoon.
