JOINT AFFIDAVIT

We, RAYMUNDO DULAWON and MA. THERESA GANGNGAD, both of

legal age, married and single respectively and both residents of Bulanao, Tabuk, Kalinga,
after having sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. That we personally know the spouses ROLANDO G. AMANGAO and

MARY JUNE U. WACAS they being our close family friends and tribemates
at Mangali, Tanudan, Kalinga;

2. That said spouses begot a child name MA. THERESA SALOME W.

AMANGAO and born on October 17, 2000 at our residence at Purok I,
Bulanao, Tabuk, Kalinga;

3. That the fact of birth of the child is not recorded with the concerned Civil
Registry;

4. That we know the fact of birth of the afore-named child because we were
present at the afore-cited time and place;

5. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing
averments for whatever legal intent and purpose it may be worth;

We, ANITA LUMANI and PABLO PI-IW, both of legal age, married, and
residents of Bado Dangwa, Tabuk, Kalinga, after having sworn to in accordance with
law, do hereby depose and state that:

1. That we personally know the spouses MARLON C. MASIGLAT and MARY

GRACE B. CAWAD, they being our close family friends at Bado Dangwa,
Tabuk, Kalinga;

2. That said spouses have two children up to the present and one of whom is JOHN-
MARK CAWAD MASIGLAT, who was born on JULY 31, 1998 at Bado
Dangwa, Tabuk, Kalinga;

3. That we know of the circumstances surrounding the birth of JOHN-MARK as

herein affiant Anita Lumani, a local midwife was fetched by affiant Pablo Pi-iw to
assist Mary Grace in giving birth to John-Mark;

4. That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing
averments and to support the delayed registration of the birth of JOHN-MARK
CAWAD MASIGLAT, with the office of the Local Civil Registry of Tabuk,
Kalinga.
