during the internship at T&A Ogilvy.

Throughout the second half year, Trang demonstrated all the qualities that employers search for, including
positive attitude, good time management and communication skills. She can not only work independently and
follow through to ensure the job gets done, but also work well in a team by helping each other with his
creative expertise and skillset such as researching, strategic planning, reporting, managing and coordinating
suppliers and all event logistics.

Furthermore, Trang shows a high willingness to work and learn on any projected assigned to her. She was
always ready to assist in multiple work areas of other departments within the company. Even during frenzied
period at the agency with long working hours and tight deadline, she was still a stress combater whose ability
remains stable. Her continuous drives to get things done and make things happened even after encountering
unforeseen challenges is a plus todier performance.
