Mr. Thaung Han is a member of management committee at CB Bank. He oversees both CB Securities and CB Insurance. He has a strong
background in corporate strategy, banking and finance in the local market. He holds an MBA from Jianan University and a B.Eng. (Mechanical
Engineering) from Rangoon Institute of Technology. He is also the secretary of Myanmar Insurance Association and the joint secretary of
Myanmar Pulses, Beans & Sesame Seeds Merchant Association.

• Mr. Toh Kai Leong (Head of Corporate Banking)


Toh Kai Leong joined CB Bank since Mar, 2015 bringing with him 35 years of experience working in commercial and wholesale banking in the
areas of corporate lending, project financing and syndications as arrangers and facility agency. He has also worked in investment banking
dealing with securities, capital markets; share margin financing and private banking. Prior to joining, he was the Regional Credit Risk Manager
in OCBC’s private banking, Singapore and before that as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Banking in ING Bank, the largest Dutch
Bank. Mr. Toh graduated from the National University of Singapore with a degree in Business Administration.

• Terence Chin Hung Lo (Senior Vice President - IPO & Advisory, Deputy Head of Corporate Banking)
Terence specialize in IPO and Merger & Acquisition in CB securities and is also managing the corporate banking team for CB bank. Before CB, he
was in Myanmar Tourism bank as an advisor in corporate finance and advisory. Terence has a 8 years investment and corporate advisory career
in Citigroup located in New York, United States and Hong Kong, China. He has master degrees from Columbia University and Carnegie Mellon
University in United States, and is also a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) certified by Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) institute.

• Nang Hnin Shwe Yee Htoo (Equity and Market Research)


Nang has expertise in conducting both primary and secondary research. After receiving her Master Degree of Business Administration (MBA) from
Yangon Institute of Economic (YIE), she joined MMRD as Research Executive and was responsible for conducting different kinds of business and
industrial research through analysis, interpretation of research findings and writing industrial syndicated reports. Before joining CB Securities, she
assisted Research Director in engaging client relations, project management and general management and acted as a focus group Moderator in
some qualitative projects. She has also volunteered as an organizer for Myanmar Marketing Services Association (MMSA) Seminars and
ESOMAR trainings which are aiming not only to share knowledge, expertise and in-depth understanding of the Myanmar markets and its
consumers.
