BY LAWS OF SANTA TERESITA CHILD DEVELOPMENT WORKER ASSOCIATION

SCHOOL YEAR 2021-2022

ARTICLE I- Name
OBJECTIVES:
a. to develop the unity of the Association
b. to meet the association and the members to generate support for the CDW’S
association service.
c. to motivate and influence member organizations on the principles decisions and
programs of the federation.

SECTION I- The name of the association shall “Santa Teresita Child Development Worker Association

ARTICLE II- The Officers

Section I- The officers of the association shall be a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, Auditor PIO and
Business manager such other as may be determined by the association.

Section II- Elect on terms of officer- The officers shall be elected annually by and from the members at the meeting of the
association held every last Wednesday of the Month.

Section III- The President shall:

a. President shall preside all the meetings of the association.

b. Give notices all the meetings of the association
c. Be a representative of the association in any meetings called by any office that needs his/her presence.
d. Perform such other duties from time to time that may be assign to his/her by the association

Section IV- TheVice-President shall:

a. In the absence of the president or in the event of his/her in ability to the set, the Vice-president shall perform
the duties of the president.

Section V- The Secretary shall:

a. Attend all meetings of the association

b. Records the Proceeding/minutes of the association
c. Keep safely by-laws and other important documents of the association

Section VI- The Treasurer shall:

a. Be responsible for assuring proper custody of all funds and security of the association

Section VII- Auditor shall:

a. The auditor shall be responsible for auditing the financial condition of the association

Section VIII-The P.I.O shall:

a. The P.I.O shall be responsible for the disseminate information through social media on the activities of the
association
b. Send message to and from the organization and keep the member informed of meeting, activities etc.
c. Help the Secretary in giving out the notice of meeting and training

Section IX – The Business Manager shall:

a. The Buss. Manager shall be responsible for the productivity and efficiency in implementing budget for the
association.

Section X- The Adviser shall:

 a. Advice and guide the operation of the organization.

ARTICLE III- Meetings

Section I- Monthly Meeting of the CDW’S shall be/every first Friday of the Month.

Section II- Notice shall be given by the president in case of emergency indicating the time, peace and agenda.

ARTICLE IV- Fines and Penalties

Section I- Any child development parent who absent herself during meetings without any written notice and a justifiable
reason shall be fine Php.100.00

Section II- All fines and penalties shall be given to the treasurer and should be accounted properly.

ARTICLE V- RIGHT AND DUTIES

1. The rights and privileges of the federation and the Member shall be:
a. To freely participate in all discussion, decision – making, function and activities of the federation.
b. To attend all meetings and other functions called by the Federation.
c. To participate in activities, project and programs.

Teresita Child Development Worker Association in Meeting held on 11th day of January 2022 at NCDC Santa
Teresita.
