 This is certify that the 8 weeks (2 days a week)
industrial training was successfully completed at
dhangadhi by student lokendra sk of six semester
Diploma in Electrical Engineering in partial fulfillment of
the requirements for the award of the Diploma in
Electrical Engineering and submitted to the panchodaya
secondary school, dhangadhi. this work has been carried
out during a period for the academic year 2079 as per
curriculum.

1.estmation of required material for house wiring.
At first, it is necessary that analysis work of house is
performed for know about the how much quantity of wiring
material is required after that, The material require for
house wiring(for four room) such as wiring pipe, junction
box, distribution box, sub-distribution box, clamp, fan box,
wire ,insulation tape, etc. are calculated according to the
requirement.

2.pipe installation in ceiling.

For pipe installation following procedure must be
performed.
 At first fan point, bulb point both for indoor and
outdoor is identified.
 ceiling rose, junction box for bulb is placed at identified
point.
 Distance between these point measure and according to
the measurement pipe is cut.
 These pieces of pipe is placed between junction box and
fan box.

 Small pieces cloth or any other material is placed below
these junction box to prevent the screw hole from
cement.
 Finally, pipe is tie with the steel rod with the help of
bedding wire.
 Figure below shows after pipe installed.

3.marking on wall for pipe installation.
For this work following procedure is done.

 At first we take accurate measurement for put distribution

box, sub-distribution box, switch board, power socket.
Since, distance between distribution board, s.d.b, switch
board, power socket from floor 2.25m, 2.25m,1.3m,25cm
respectively.
 With the help of scale and marker marking between these
points is done.

4.wall cutting.
 After completed marking work, with help of grinder make
deep slot on the marking point is done.
 With the help of chisel and hammer cutting part is cutout.
 Pipe is cutting according to measurement and is fitted
between D.B(distribution board) and S.D.B (sub
distribution board) and number of junction boxes.
 The pipe is tie on the wall with the help of clamps.

Wall cutting.

After pipe installed on wall

Time required for wall cutting and pipe installation is 4 & 2 days
respectively.

5.wirring.
 After pipe installed, wiring work is start in this work wire is
passes from distribution box, sub distribution box to the
different branch of house through pipe.
 Switches, power socket, indicator, m.c.b., mainswitch, sub
meter (energy meter) holder etc. are fitted in board.
 And their proper connection is done.

6.repairing work.
Last two days I had gone to repair work. in repairing work
damaged switches of house is changed, capacitor of fan is
changed, burn wire of motor installing for water pump is
replaced, broken switch board are changed, new energy meter
is installed, etc. work is done in that time.

7.Conclusion.
Finally, this training is more helpful for me, I am success
to achieve general practicable knowledge about the house
wiring during that short time period. Based on the knowledge
or concept attained from this training (i.e. training period 2
week) I hope if I have some demand for house wiring, I can
complete or to give training any other persons.
