Resiliency) to Cope
Activity 1: What is the impact of learning about bout positivity,
optimism, and resiliency?

Learning about positivity, optimism, and resilience can actually change your
perception of yourself and your attitude in resolving conflicts. Obtaining these three
characteristics as an individual will make you more responsible for handling difficult
situations. Positivity can influence our ability to learn and solve problems, as well as it can
help us deal with stress and improve our overall well-being. Furthermore, by thinking
positively, we can achieve emotional balance and increased focus, which actually helps
our brain to accomplish work effectively. Optimism tends to promote resilience as well as
is essential in how we respond to stressful situations. Additionally, becoming more
optimistic can assist us in maintaining motivation as we pursue our goals with the help of
resilience that has the ability to restore and bounce back from hardships and negative
emotional experiences. With all these three characteristics, we can learn to feel self-
assured that good things will take place in the future. Where we also expect things to turn
out well because we believe that we will succeed despite life's challenges.
