VIII. Reflection:

In fact, as STEM-SHS students, we are free to know what great things we can
achieve to improve our school community. Working together as a class, we were
able to clean up our school grounds and develop its surroundings so that the former
garbage dump corners and empty areas were already planted with flowers or trees.
And now the area was more beautiful, relaxing, and conducive to lounging students
in a clean and disciplined area. The school's community development plan has
become a very useful tool for realizing this project. Our expertise and interpersonal
skills were put to good use as we communicated while distributing our assigned
tasks and location for each day's activity. This activity was also fun as we all got to
bond with our classmates and schoolmates as we practice cleanliness and develop
our discipline.

We felt that our collaboration and communication skills, patience, determination,

resourcefulness, and means were the key factors in the success of this project.
