PROSPECTUS FOR ADMISSION INTO MDS COURSES UNDER COMPETENT AUTHORITY QUOTA
FOR THE ACADEMIC YEAR 2023-24

REGULATIONS:

The following are the regulations for admission into MDS courses under
Competent Authority Quota for the academic year 2023-24 into Dental
Colleges affiliated to KNR University of Health Sciences in the State of Telangana.

1. NUMBER OF SEATS UNDER COMPETENT AUTHORITY QUOTA:

1.1 The number of MDS seats available for the academic year 2023-24 under
Competent Authority Quota will be in accordance with the orders of DCI/GOI/
Govt. of Telangana / KNRUHS. The Seat matrix for the year 2023-24 will be
displayed in the University website before exercising web options for counseling.

1.2 In case any new seats in MDS Courses are permitted by DCI/Government of India
in colleges affiliated to KNRUHS for the academic year 2023-24, those seats also
will be filled up. NO FURTHER NOTIFICATION WILL BE ISSUED.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

The candidates who fulfil the following criteria are eligible for admission
into MDS courses. They have to apply on-line and upload the original
certificates for Competent Authority Quota seats in dental colleges affiliated
to Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences, Warangal.

2.1 The candidates who have qualified in NEET-MDS-2023 examination with the
following `cutoff scores and above are eligible to apply.

2.1.1 The Candidate should be Citizen of India. Candidates who satisfy the
Local or Non-local status as per G.O.P.No.646 Education (W) Department,
Dated 10- 7-1979 (Presidential Order) only are eligible to apply for MDS
admissions. The rules of admission have been further superseded and
notified in G.O.Ms.No. 27 HM&FW(C1) Department Dated: 10-04-2017,
G.O.Ms.No. 36 HM&FW (C1) Department Dated :23-03-2019 and
subsequent amendments. Relevant Hon'ble Supreme Court & Hon'ble High
Court orders shall be followed.

2.2 Candidates who are domicile of Telangana / Andhra Pradesh and


obtained BDS degree from other states in India are eligible for unreserved
quota.

2.2.1 Must have studied BDS in any one of the Dental Colleges in India.

2.2.2 BDS Degree should be recognized by the Dental Council of India.

2.2.3 Should have completed internship on or before 30-06-2023


2.2.4 In case of service candidates, service rendered shall be calculated as
on 30-06-2023

2.2.5 Must have registered with Dental Council of India.

2.2.6 Candidates who are already studying MDS course shall not be
permitted for registration.
2.2.7 Candidates must pay fee for verification of certificates with regard to
equivalence / equivalency as specified in the regulations along with the
registration and processing fee. The verification fee and registration fee
once paid will not be refunded or adjusted to a future date. Therefore
candidates are advised to check eligibility conditions thoroughly before
applying for determining merit position in respective categories for
State quotaseats using NEET MDS- 2023 Rank.
Note: If a candidate is found to have submitted false information or concealed any
relevant information regarding this matter, such candidate is liable to be
disqualified for admission and in case already admitted, the admission will be
cancelled. Further disciplinary action against him/her will be taken by the
University.

3. RESERVATION IN FAVOUR OF THE LOCAL CANDIDATES

3.1 Admission to 85% of the seats shall be reserved in favour of the local
candidates in relation to the local area as provided in A.P. Educational
Institutions (Regulation of Admission) order, GO (P) No. 646, Edu. (W1)
Department, dt.10-7-1979.

3.2 LOCAL AREA:


3.2.1 The part of the State comprising the Districts of Srikakulam, Vizianagaram,
Visakhapatnam, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur and
Prakasam shall be regarded as the local area for the purposes of
admission to the Andhra University, **(Nagarjuna University) and to any
other education institution (other than a State-wide University or State-
wide Educational Institution) which is subject to the control of the State
Government and is situated in that part.

3.2.2 The part of the State comprising the Districts of Adilabad, Hyderabad,
Rangareddy, Karimnagar, Khammam, Mahaboobnagar, Medak,
Nalgonda, Nizamabad and Warangal shall be regarded as local area for
the purposes of admission to the Osmania University,** (the Kakatiya
University) and to any other educational institution (other than a State-
wide University or State- wide Educational Institution) which is subject
to the control of the State Government and is situated in that part.

3.3. The part of the State comprising the Districts of Ananthapur, Kadapa, Kurnool,
Chittoor and Nellore shall be regarded as local area for the purposes of
admission to Sri Venkateswara University and to any other educational institution
(other than a State-wide University or State-wide Educational Institution) which is
subject to the control of the State Government and is situated in that part.

3.4. LOCAL CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE FOR 85% RESERVED SEATS FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES:

3.4.1 A candidate for admission shall be regarded as local candidate in relation


to a local area.
1. If he/she studied in an Educational Institution or Educational Institutions in
such local area for a period of not less than 4 consecutive academic years
ending with the academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may
be first appeared in relevant qualifying examination.

2. Where during the whole or any part of the 4 consecutive academic years
ending with the academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may
be first appeared for the relevant qualifying examination, he/she has not
studied in Educational Institutions, if he/she had resided

3.4.2 A candidate who is not regarded as a local candidate under sub-


regulation (3.3.1) above in relation to any local area shall
i) If he/she has studied in educational institutions in the State for a period of not
less than 7 consecutive academic years ending with academic year in which
he/she appeared or as the case may be first appeared for the relevant
qualifying examination be regarded as local candidate in relation to:
a) Such local area where he/she has studied for the maximum period out of the
said period of 7 years.
b) Where the period of his/her study in two or more local areas are equal, such
local area where he/she has last studied in such equal periods
or
ii) If during the whole or any part of the seven consecutive academic years ending
with academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be first
appeared for relevant qualifying examination, he/she has not studied in the
educational institution in any local area, but he/she has resided in the State
during the whole of the said period of 7 years be regarded as a local candidate
in relation to
a) Such local area where he/she has resided for the maximum period out of the
said period of 7 years.
or
b) Where the period of his/her residence in two or more local areas are equal,
such local area where he/she has resided last in such equal periods.

EXPLANATION : (for purpose of this sub-regulation)

i) "Educational Institution" means a University or any Educational Institution


recognized by the State Government, a University or any other Competent Authority.

ii) "Relevant qualifying examination in relation to admission to any course of


study" means the examination, a pass in which is the minimum educational
qualification for admission to such course of study.

NOTE: The relevant qualifying examination for admission into post Graduate courses is
BDS examination. The question whether the candidate is a local candidate or not
will be determined with reference to his/her first appearance in the part II of
Final BDS examination.
iii) In reckoning the consecutive academic years during which a candidate has studied
any period of interruption of his/her study by reasons of his/her failure to pass any
examination and any period of his/her study in a Statewide.

a) The status of candidates who passed BDS from Govt. Dental College,
Hyderabad, Govt. Dental College, Vijayawada, Army Dental College will be
decided basing on their study period prior to their admission into BDS course
for arriving at the local and non-local status.

iv) The question whether any candidate for admission into any course of study has
resided in any local area shall be determined with reference to the places where
the candidate actually resided and not with reference to the residence of his/her
parent of guardian.

3.5 While determining the number of seats to be reserved in favour of local


candidates under sub-regulation (3.1), any fraction of seat shall be counted as
one, provided that there shall be one unreserved seat.

3.6 If a local candidate in respect of a local area is not available to fill any reserved
or allocated in favour of local candidates in respect of that local area, such seats
shall be filled in as if it had not been reserved.

3.7 The applicant who claims to be local candidate shall produce study
certificate/certificates issued by the Head of the Educational Institution/
Institutions concerned indicating the details of the year or years in which the
candidate has studied in educational Institution in such local area for a period of
not less than 4/7 consecutive academic years as the case may be ending with
the academic year in which he/she appeared or as the case may be first
appeared for the part-II of Final BDS examination. Those who did not qualify as
local candidate but claim to qualify by virtue of residence shall produce a
certificate issued by an officer if the Revenue Department not below the rank of
Mandal Revenue Officer independent charge of Sub taluk / Mandal.

3.8 CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE FOR 15% UNRESERVED QUOTA:

The following categories are eligible to apply for admission to the remaining
15% of un-reserved seats.

3.8.1 All candidates defined under sub-regulation (3.3).


3.8.2 Candidates who have resided in the State for a total period of ten
years excluding period of study outside the State, or either of those
parents have resided in the State for a total period of ten years
excluding period of employment outside the State.
3.8.3 Candidates who are children of parents who are in the employment of
this State or Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local
Bodies, Universities and other similar quasi-Public Institutions in the
State.

3.8.4 Candidates, who are spouses of those in employment of this State or


Central Government, Public Sector Corporations, Local Bodies,
Universities and Educational Institutions recognized by the Government
or a University or other Competent authority and similar other Quasi
Government Institutions within the State.

3.8.5 Candidates who are employed in the State Government Undertakings,


Public Sector Corporations, Local Bodies, Universities and other similar
quasi-Public institutions within the State.
3.8.6 Candidates who are spouses of the candidates as per Regulation –3.4

N.B: Relevant certificates must be uploaded to the application in respect of their


claim. In respect of proof of 10 years residence the certificate should be
obtained from the Revenue authorities not below the rank of Mandal Revenue
Officer / Tahsildar.
4. RESERVATIONS:
4.1.1 15%, 10%, 29% seats of Post Graduate Dental Degree MDS Courses are
reserved for SC, ST and BC (BC-A-7%, BC-B-10%, BC-C-1%, BC- D-7% and BC-E-
4%) candidates respectively, which are called vertical reservations.

4.1.2 Candidates claiming reservations under SC/ST/BC categories shall upload


latest permanent social status certificate as specified along with online
application form issued by competent authority of Government of Telangana.

The social status of SC/ST/BC candidates shall be subject to the scrutiny as per
G.O.Ms.No.58 SW (J) Dept. Dt: 12-5-97. Candidates claiming reservations
under SC/ST/BC categories and obtained Social Status certificates from the
state of Andhra Pradesh will be eligible only for the castes included under
the approved list of SC/ST/BC categories notified by the Government of
Telangana.

4.2. 5% seats shall be reserved for Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates
respectively, which are horizontal reservations for Post Graduate Degree
Courses. A reservation for PWD category shall be implemented in each
category on the total number of seats for that category in clinical, non clinical
subjects separately.

Note:- The regulations of Dental Council of India / MCI shall be implemented in


admissions of candidates under Persons with Disability (PWD) category.

The candidate seeking admission under PWD reservation should apply


under PWD Category.

The Medical Board constituted by the University as per G. O. MS. No 27


HM&FW (C1) Dated 10-4-2017 will assess the percentage of disability as per
Medical Council of India/DCI regulations. Candidates claiming reservation
under PWD quota should present themselves before the Board constituted
by University for evaluation of PWD percentage and confirmation of
eligibility. The decision of Medical Board specially constituted for this
purpose is final and binding on the candidates. The schedule of Medical
Board evaluation will be displayed on KNRUHS website.

4.3. SERVICE CANDIDATES INCENTIVE OF ADDITION OF WEIGHTAGE


MARKS :
4.3.1 The regular service candidates who have put in 2 years or more of
continuous service in tribal area / 3 years or more of continuous service in
rural area of service are eligible for addition of weightage of marks.
The candidates should have qualified in the NEET-MDS-2023 Exam as per
the cut-off marks prescribed for different categories to be eligible for
addition of weightage of marks. Temporary / contract / out sourcing
candidates are not eligible for addition of weightage of marks.

4.3.2. The addition of weightage of marks is as follows :
a) For Tribal service candidates: Eligibility: 2-years of continuous

regular service. Addition of weightage of marks as 10% per year


on the marks secured by candidate in NEET MDS Exam up to
maximum of 30%..

b) For Rural service candidates: Eligibility: 3-years of continuous regular

service Addition of weightage of marks as 8% per year on the marks


secured by candidate in NEET MDS Exam up to maximum of 24%.

4.3.3. ELIGIBILITY FOR DEPUTATION AND DEPUTATION PERIOD

Eligibility for Deputation & Deputation period will be decided as notified


in G.O. Ms. No. 27 HM&FW (C1) Dept., Govt. of Telangana, Dated:10-04-2017
and subsequent amendments.

5. ONLINE APPLICATIONS:

5.1 *The on-line application form for determining merit position in


respective categories for Competent Authority Quota seats using NEET
MDS – 2023 Rank will be available on the website https://tsmds.tsche.in
from 8.00 A.M on 12-07-2023 to 17-07-2023 up to 5.00 p.m.

Note: The candidates are advised to take a print out of the Prospectus / Instructions
to fill the application form from the website http://knruhs.telangana.gov.in and
https://tsmds.tsche.in from before proceeding to fill the application form.

6. The candidate should fill the online application form available in the Website
with the data required-for through computer/mobile with data connection.
The online application form can be filled through any computer with internet
connection or mobile with data connection. The candidate is advised to fill the
online application form after going through the Prospectus by keeping all the
Certificates, Scanned Photo and Signature in the jpg/.gif format separately (as
shown below) (step-1) and ready to enter his/her correct data and upload the
photo and signature after the payment of application fee through Online.

7. APPLICATIONS THROUGH ONLINE:

6.1.1. Read the Notification, Prospectus/ Regulations carefully.


6.1.2. Keep the following required documents ready:
a) NEET – MDS 2023 Admit card issued by the NBE

b) NEET – MDS 2023 Rank card issued by the NBE

c) Study Certificates from 1stBDS to final BDS.

d) BDS Degree certificate.


e) In case of Candidates from Government Dental College,
Hyderabad, Government Dental College, Vijayawada, Army
Dental College, Secunderabad, Study certificates from 6th
class to Intermediate/12th standard.

f) Latest Permanent caste certificate if applicable (issued


by Competent Authority of Govt. of Telangana)

g) Internship Completion certificate

j) Dental Council Registration Certificate.

6.1.3 The registration and processing fee can be paid through Debit card/ Credit
card or Net Banking
6.1.4 The registration and processing fee paid by the applicants is not
refundable and not adjusted to a future date under any
circumstances

1. Open the website https://tsmds.tsche.in Home page displayed as follows.

There are 4 steps to register for PG admission program i.e


a. Mobile and Email Registration,
b. Candidate Registration (Payment of fee),
c. Updating of data
d. Uploading of Certificates.

1. Monitor Resolution to be set to maximum, Best viewed in 1920 X1080 pixels.

2. Click on the Mobile and Email Registration. The candidate should have a valid /working Mobile and Email Id. OTP
will be sent to registered Mobile and Email Id at different stages. The candidate should keep the Mobile and Email
Id active till completions of the counselling process. The candidate has to enter OTP’s received to mobile and
Email Id for registration and Verification of Mobile and Email Id.

3. After entering the details click on validate button.

4. If all the details entered are correct and verified with OTP’s your system will display a successful message and
proceed to registration form
5. Registration Form appears in which Candidate has to give the details.

6. After entering the details click on validate button it will take you to the Payment Gate way for payment fee.
7. If all the details entered are correct your system will display payment reference number Button to proceed for
payment. Depending on your caste category the Registration fee is varied. Once paid you will not get any refund.
Hence, you are requested to double check the eligibility conditions mentioned in the Prospectus yourself
and pay the fee.

After payment you will receive a Successful Payment message on the screen and you
will receive the Registration number to your mobile and email. Please note down the
registration number for further correspondence
Do not refresh or close the page until you will receive a Successful Payment message
It may take few seconds to processes the payment and verify the details wait patiently

10. For updating the details of the candidate enter Roll Number and the Registration number and click on
validate button to enter into the Application form.

11. The application form will be displayed as shown below. You have to fill the details and upload Passport Size
Photo and Signature(Note: Scanned photo and Signature should be less than 100 KB and in JPEG or
JPG format)

12. After filling the form, click on Save and Exit Button. This process can be repeated till all the data you

entered are correct. Then click on Upload Certificates Button to proceed for document attachments.
13. Click Upload Certificates. You will be directed to upload Scanned PDF Certificates (Note: The size of each PDF
document should be less than 500 KB)

14. After uploading all the required certificates, Click on Print Application, You will get your filled in application
form, take printout of this form for further assistance.

Do's and Don'ts
Do not use mobiles and tablets to Apply. Use only computers.

7 Registration and Processing fee:
The registration and processing fee is Rs.5,500/-(Bank
transaction charges extra)for OC,BC categories and Rs.5,000/-
(Bank transaction charges extra) for SC,ST categories.

Registration and processing fee once paid will not be refunded under
any circumstances.
7.1 Equivalency fee: Candidates must pay fee for verification of
certificates with regard to equivalence / equivalency as specified in
the regulations along with the registration fee, in case of obtaining
BDS Degree from other state or Other country of Rs. 5,000 & Rs.
7,000 respectively.
7.2 The registration and processing fee once paid will not be refunded or
adjusted to a future date.

Note: The candidature of the applicant will not be considered for admission to MDS
courses unless the candidate uploads all relevant scanned Original certificates.

2. MERIT LISTS:

The final merit position of the candidates who have applied online in response to
the notification issued by KNR University of Health Sciences for Competent Authority
Quota seats shall be determined by NEET- MDS- 2023 rank and as per their eligibility
criteria, applicable regulations, guidelines and reservation policies viz::
8.1. As per MDS Regulations of Dental Council of India, the candidates who
secure minimum of 50 Percentile marks for General category, 40
Percentile marks for SC/ST/BC candidates and 45 Percentile of marks for
Persons with Disability category candidates in NEET MDS-2023 as per the
cutoff scores, are only eligible for admission or as per any revised cut-off
scores as decided by Government of India.
8.2. The University will release final merit list of eligible candidates for
exercising web options after verification of uploaded certificates by the
University and the concerned departmental officers.

NOTE: Candidates who have applied online in response to this office notification for
determining merit position for Competent Authority Quota seats shall upload the
certificates online along with the application. Candidates have to submit one set of
print out of application form, original certificates and self attested copies of
certificates at allotted college at the time of admission for verification. In case of any
discrepancy, allotment of admission is cancelled.

3. COUNSELING:
The notification for schedule for exercising web options will be issued separately
on KNRUHS website. Verification of uploaded certificates will be done only once for
web based counseling irrespective of number of rounds of exercising web based
options and number of counselings. Hence, candidates who have applied on-line are
advised to upload all original certificates at the time of online registrations without
fail for scrutiny by concerned departmental official. No individual communications
will be sent. Candidates are informed to check the website regularly for notifications.

The Admission Committee shall have power to review the selection in case
of any errors, misrepresentation or glaring injustice and cancel the
selection/admission. In all matters relating to selection and admissions, the
decision of the Admission Committee shall be final and binding on the Candidates
and selections cannot be questioned after admissions are closed.

4. ADMISSION RULES:

10.1. The letter of selection of admission for selected candidates has to be


downloaded from the website after payment of University fee through
payment gateway.

All the candidates including In-service candidates joining the MDS courses
shall execute bond on a stamped paper of Rs. 100/- as prescribed in
Annexure-II to the effect that he / she will complete the prescribed period of
training or in default to pay Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) to the
University and shall refund the amount received as stipend upto that date to
the Government.

10.1.1 Bond for service after completion of degree : Candidate shall submit a bond
for serving the State of Telangana as per existing Government Regulations at
the time of admission.
10.2 The candidates who discontinue the course after issue of notification
for final round of counseling or later will have to pay discontinuation fee
of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lakhs only) They will be debarred from
participating in counseling's for admission into MDS for a period of
three(3) years under KNR UHS.

10.3 The original certificates submitted at the time of admission to the Principal of
the allotted college shall not be returned to the candidates until they
complete their course.
10.4 Attendance: Candidates selected for the various courses should be
whole time students. Service candidates will have to apply for leave to
prosecute their studies and are required to produce the leave sanction
order from the Competent Authority not later than three months after
joining the course. The candidate is required to put in a minimum of
80% attendance during each calendar year for being eligible to appear
for the examination.
In a year all 365 days will be considered as working days and
students should get 80% attendance each year separately to get
eligibility for appearing for University exams. The remaining days of
absence (including maternity leave) will be considered for extension.

10.5 Leave: Each year students will be permitted to avail 30 days leave. No
Post Graduate is allowed to go on leave more than 10 days at a stretch.
In-case the absence of the candidate availing Medical Leave / Maternity
Leave / Any other Leave or unauthorized absence is beyond 30 days in a
year the study period of the candidate will be extended to the extent
of such period. No other leave is permitted.

10.6 Maternity Leave: Women students can avail maternity leave upto 180 days
only once in their MDS course of study and the study period will be extended
to the extent of Maternity leave availed. The candidate shall not be eligible
to appear in the University examination till thecompletion of study period as
per MCI/DCI Regulations (Duration of course).

10.7 SANCTION OF LEAVE BEYOND (3) MONTHS AND TERMINATION OF


STUDENTSHIP:

a. Every candidate after his admission shall attend classes on all working days (Theory,
Practicals, Clinicals). If a student absents continuously for a period of (91) days or more
and seeks permission to attend the course before 2 years after discontinuation, the
candidate's application in the prescribed proforma shall be forwarded to the Registrar
with the recommendations of the Principal with requisite fees. If the Vice Chancellor is
satisfied with the reasons for absence, the candidate may be granted leave of absence
and be permitted for Re-admission attaching such conditions as deemed necessary.
Candidates who are absent for a continuous period of more than 2 years shall be deemed
to have forfeited the admission into the course and the studentship shall stand cancelled
without any further notice.
b. If the break of study (91 days or more) is in more than one spell, the candidate's
application in the prescribed proforma shall be forwarded to Government for
appropriate decision in the matter with the specific recommendations of the Executive
Council of the university.
c. Candidates, who are absent for cumulative period of more than (2) years, shall be
deemed to have forfeited the admission into the course and the studentship stands
cancelled without any further notice.
d. The candidate has to pass within the final examination for award of Degree for the
course double the duration of study period for the course or within the maximum period
permitted by the National Medical Commission from time to time.
e. On Re-admission the study period for the course shall be extended equivalent to the
period of absence and the candidate shall be eligible to appear for final examination
after completion of the extended study period for the course".

10.8 Private Practice: No Post Graduate is allowed to do any private practice
or consultation and should not accept any part time employment in
any State or central or Quasi Government or private organizations
during the period of Post Graduate study. The Principal has to take
appropriate action after giving opportunity for explanation, if any
student violates this rule.
10.9 College Regulations: Candidates are required to follow the rules and
regulations of the college and should also abide by the regulations
of the University. Under no circumstances they should have any
correspondence with higher authorities directly without prior
permission of the Principal.
10.10. The tuition fee payable for the Competent Authority Quota seats
will be as notified by the Government of Telangana.
5. CLOSURE OF ADMISSIONS:
11.1 The admissions shall be closed as per the time schedule given by the DCI.
11.2 Any vacancy that arises after closure of admissions shall not be filled.
6. PERIOD OF TRAINING: The duration of MDS Course is 3 Years. A candidate
admitted into MDS course shall pass the examination within 4 years from
the date of completion of the course. If he/she fails to pass the examination
within the period specified above, he/she shall not be
permittedtoappearfortheexaminationthereafterandqualifyfortheaward of
MDS Degree.

7. COMMENCEMENT OF THE COURSE: The course shall commence as per the


schedule notified. The duration of the course shall be calculated from the
date of commencement of the course and shall be uniform for all the
candidates irrespective of individual dates of admission.
8. POWERS OF THE PRINCIPAL: Notwithstanding anything contained in
these regulations, the Principal may, at any time before completion of the
Post Graduate course either on his own motion or on the application of any
person after due and proper enquiry and after giving the person two
Weeks time from the date of the receipt of the show cause notice to
submit a written explanation and or on a personal hearing, order the

cancellation of admission to the course, if in his opinion, such candidate had
furnished incorrect particulars or false information in the application form or in the
documents attached thereto or in the Statements made either before the authority
In-charge of admissions or the Principal or any other manner. Against any such order
of the Principal, an appeal shall lie to the Registrar, KNR University of Health
Sciences, Telangana.

9. POWERS OF THE KNR UNIVERSITY OF HEALTH SCIENCES: KNR University of Health

Sciences, may either suomoto or on an application made to them, call for and
examine the records relating to any selection or admission or cancellation thereof in
respect of the admission made by the concerned authority, for the purpose of
satisfying themselves as to the correctness of legality or propriety of such selection or
cancellation and pass such order in relation there to as they deem fit including cancellation
of the selection already published or admission already made, provided that the University
may, before canceling such selection or admission, give an opportunity to the authority and
to the person affected to showcause against such cancellation. University has every right to
cancel the admission of any candidate without any notice, if the certificates produced by the
candidate are found to be fake / false/forged.

10. Discipline:

The students shall maintain strict discipline during the period of study/training program.
The candidates shall not resort to any strikes during the period of their study. The
students are not permitted in criticizing the policies of the Institute/University either
before the print or electronic media or anywhere which amounts to dereliction of duties.
Their grievances (if any) may be submitted to the Dean/Principal through proper channel.
They are not permitted to approach the legal authorities/ DCI/Govt. without prior
permission by the Institution and University. In case of violation of the conduct rules, the
admission of the candidate is liable for cancellation apart from invoking the terms and
conditions of the bond.

11. Ragging:

Ragging is prohibited in the Educational Institutions of State of Telangana and students


shall not involve in ragging which may lead to serious consequences including
cancellation of seat and punishments as per law.

NOTE: All the dates are tentative and the University reserves the right to
change them without assigning any reason or advance notice.
