Project Benefits:

Everything we live in is all made by a process known as construction. It is a process of making a

building or infrastructure. one of the advantages of construction is that when we get a contract
you need people to hire so there are job vacancies that can be given to people in need for
example in CPEC this project increased the job opportunities to 40% in value we can say there
were 500 seats for the job so this helps in making the economy better.
Another advantage of construction is that it pays a potential salary that you can earn, but there
are factors on which they depend on for instance the construction workers mostly in US are paid
about 20,000$ to 50,000$ but in Pakistan this is not going to be equal to the early salary of a
construction worker. So the places and country does matter.
Procedure:

Our work procedure and patterns are very flexible, cost and time saving. We deliver our best to
design technically sophisticated, exciting or well developed buildings to cities and communities.
Our main focus is the time that our client is expecting for the project to be built and the budget of
our client and then we evaluate the most cost effective solutions and estimated working hours
including overtime shifts and night shifts for the project to be done on time. After this we draw
the infrastructure and design according to the expectations of our client and then estimates for
the labor, machinery and building material which is required on the construction site which
includes civil, structural, mechanical and electrical engineers and all the machinery required on
the construction site also we have a inspection team which monitors the day to day progress,
safety and quality of the project. We believe that quality and performance both are necessary
elements the material we suggest our clients are always the finest one for the job to be done. We
understand and take care about the concerns and requirements of our customers and deliver our

Description:

Construction services means to fulfill the project with the help of a contractor. In other words,
we say that execution of the construction work required by the customer. The construction phase
of the building and the decided project divided into different stages, each with different start and
the final date in which we complete our project.

Recently we completed our project of 5 Star hotels. We start our project in January 2000 and
completed it in February 2001. We also get award for our performance.
Feasibility:

The project will be designed considering are the elements required for the building. We will
decide according to the situation that we should borrow or purchase the machinery. Your initial
cost will be 10000$ and other depends on the development.

Our goal is to provide best services and materials those competitors unable to do. We will use
latest machinery for better services and also gives you best 3D designs with modern software.
Schedule for the Proposed Project:

For small building and apartments our estimated time is 6 months but for large projects we take
one year approximately.

Our project starts on January 2000 and ends on January 2001.
