Instructions for the group formation process

 During the speed dating sessions, we will create breakout rooms for each pitched idea in
Microsoft Teams. If you are interested in joining a group, you can enter the breakout room
and chat with the idea owner.
 As you get people to join your group, please update the Excel spreadsheet uploaded in
Microsoft Teams (“Group Formation”) with the names of the group members. That way, the
rest of the class has visibility on which groups still have some spots left.
 Groups should be made up of a minimum of 4 people and a maximum of 5.
 We expect most of the groups to be formed during the speed dating sessions. However, if
after the sessions you haven’t joined a group yet, you will have still a few days left to contact
the groups which are still incomplete (=less than 5 members).
 The deadline for the group formation is September 25th.
