Viral content can get saves and shares faster than you can
say ‘aha’ and is one of the ultimate keys to fast growth on
social media. When you post viral content consistently, you’ll
be sure to get noticed!

You’ll start seeing the real power of viral content once

people start sharing your content, and suddenly their
followers will discover your account, too.

The great part about posting viral content is you can quickly
get started by reposting content from other popular
accounts. But if you really want to up your game, you can

Performing shoutouts to other accounts is a powerful hack to
increase your authority with your audience while building up
goodwill with the people you’re giving a shoutout.

You can even collaborate and ‘exchange’ shoutouts with

people in the same scene as you, and thereby gain followers
from each other.

If you start building these relationships, even with more

influential people in your network, you’re on an excellent
track to boosting your social media growth.

On your next Zoom call or meeting, take selfies with your clients and
post them online on your feed or share them in your stories.
Remember to tag them, so they can share the content, and soon
you’ll see their friends showing up for you, too. There’s nothing as
efficient as targeting your existing customers’ friends!

Depending on the business you’re in, it may be that you simply can’t
show your clients because of confidentiality. But don’t worry. Instead
of showing what’s happening at the frontline, show what’s happening
behind the scenes, preparations, sneak peeks, and so on.

Showing behind-the-scenes footage like this is also perfect for

generating excitement, and your followers will become far more
interested in what it is you do.

Naturally, you want to show up for
your audience, providing them with
awesome content, but you also need
to keep the algorithm in mind.
Live videos are great to accommodate
both the algorithm and your audience,
but you need to stay consistent.
People love consistency, and
especially in today’s day and age,
where most people can’t get out as
much as they used to.

So, what do you talk about during

lives?

Announce your weekly lives, post

reminders, and remember to engage
with people when you go live; for
instance, ask questions or encourage
people to share a screenshot of the
live if they liked it. Again, this will
entice their own audience (no matter
how small) to have a peek at your
profile. After all, if they’re interested,
chances are high their own audience
will be too, right?

While you’re busy staying active on your own

channels, don’t forget to actively interact with
potential clients or your followers.

For instance, follow your own followers’

friends or target the followers from like-
minded accounts.

To actively interact on social media can be

done in several ways:

Follow
Comment meaningfully
Reply to stories
Reshare and repost
….

When you’re sincere, you can build up a

connection−a relationship. After all, it’s ‘social’
media, and real connections will lead to
results.

So, use the 20 minutes wisely and perform

them consistently. They can potentially
change the entire game for you!

Hosting giveaways is another powerful tool to grow exponentially on
social media, but only if you do it right. Here a few tips that will get you
off to the best start:

Make sure you host a giveaway with other accounts with the same
type of audience.
‘Give away’ a gift that is unique to your potential audience, not
something like an iPhone (after all, everyone wants an iPhone, and
you will gain a lot of ‘empty’ followers who will disappear afterward).
Make sure the gift is big enough. People won’t share/like/tag any of
your posts if the gift isn’t big enough to get them off their couch.

I’ve just got one last thing to say to you. So many people put all
of their effort into doing something for the first time and then
they stop.

Don’t do that!

If you’ve found something that works, REPEAT it. Tweak it,

repeat it, and keep making it better. There’s no need to reinvent
the wheel. And once you’ve got a proven process that works,
start automating it and get to testing the next thing you’re
working on.
