A. Reviewing previous lesson or presenting the new Introduce the poem: “ to market , to market”Teacher will read first the poem then let the pupils read the poem.(group, pair and individual)

Allow pupils to point out the rhyming words in the poem.
B. Establishing a purpose for the lesson Teacher:Today , you are going to recognize a preposition.
Teacher play the short video.(video using the prepositions in and on)
Teacher ask question about the video.
What did you see in the video?
C. Presenting examples/instances of the new lesson
What did they do in the video?
(The girl is looking for her coat and gloves then the boy answer where it is.)

D. Discussing new concept and practicing new skills #1 Teacher posts some sentences on the board.
Have the pupils reads the sentences and asks them to point out the verbs in each one.
1.He throw the pen and paper in the basket.
2.She put the vetables on the table.
3.Ducks swim in the pond
4.Ana drop the doll on the chair.
Let the pupils identify the underlined word for every sentence.
Teacher ask the antonyms of in and on.
Teacher introduces prepositions “ IN “ and “ON”.

Teacher will underlines the prepositions in the sentences.


E. Discussing new concepts and practicing new skills #2 1.The spoon and fork are on the table.
2.Your wallet is in her bag.
3.My clothes are in the cabinet.
4.His books are on the chair.
5.the ball is in the box.
Teacher will post a new set of sentences and have the pupils point out then incircle the prepositions.

(teacher must make own sentences to be posted on the board)

Teacher separate the word ball,bag,box and book from the sentence.Let the pupils identify the difference between the sentence and word.
Let the pupils give idenify the rhyming words of ball, bag, box, book.

Teacher show 10 picture on the television.The pupils will tell/say the preposition to be used.
1.picture of apple in the basket.
2.pencil on the chair.
3.coat in the box.
Lets play a game:
Group the class into two.
Teacher explain the mechanics of the game.(Teacher will make sure to ready the materials to be used before to start the game.)
Teacher will get a piece of paper in the bowl, Teacher will read the sentence then the pupils will get the object and put it on the correct place.

One pupil will represent thier group from 1st to last player.
