Dear Mr Fleming,
At the annual conference you announced a training
programme for the group. However, we have had no
further information about it.
I am concerned about the situation as a key member of
staff has just left the company because of the lack of
professional training and he tells me that other staff
members are also considering leaving unless they get the
promised training.
Firstly, I would like to ask you if I could have the funds to
arrange company training for my staff. I have found a very
reputable firm which provides professional development
courses.
Secondly, I would like to know what training you have
planned for senior managerial staff so that I can improve
my own managerial and IT skills. The company has grown
so fast over the last year that I feel I need more support.
I look forward to receiving your response to my questions
so that the company can continue to move forward
successfully in this region.
