RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT LEADER

Monthly Salary: 15,000,000～18,000,000VND + Com + Bonus

Work location: 61 Nguy Nhu Kon Tum Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi
Working time: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm. Monday to Friday ( lunchtime from 12 pm to 1.30 pm)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to create new products or services on emerging trends in the finance industry 
- Conduct to find different methods to implement company  products and services
- Analyze the business progress, identify parts that need improvement and assure to effectively implement
procedures for performance improvement 
- Monitor and improve the process to ensure that they are meeting deadlines and milestones
- Responsible for staff's work activities according to company strategy and objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a similar position
- Proficiency in English
- Experience of banking finance 
- Experience of Business Model
- Experience in managing teams
        + Lead team to doing relevant paperwork, card, gate, test options as required
