5 2 224-6952 Bushing Bore after assembly is 31.148 ± 0.039 mm (1.2263 ± 0.0015 inch).
6 1 6V-9670 O-Ring Seal After installing the seal, lubricate the housing bore with transmission oil.
7 48 6V-1820 Bolt Torque to 60 ± 7 N·m (44 ± 5 lb ft).
8 1 135-2653 O-Ring Seal After installing the seal, lubricate the housing bore with transmission oil.
Length under test force is 5.6 mm (0.22 inch).
Test force is 6.7 to 11.1 N (1.5 to 2.5 lb).
9 11 1T-0680 Freewheel Spring Free length after test is 9.1 mm (0.36 inch).
Assemble springs with the maximum number of loops toward outside.
