1. Diksha started a business on 1st July 2005. She placed all her savings of P20,000 as opening cash balance into the
business bank account in June 2005. Fill in her cash flow using the following information (the first month has been done
for you).
Her sales of stock are July/ P17000, August/ P18000, September/ P20500 and October/ P21500
Her purchases of stock are July/ P9000, August/ P10500, September/ P11000 and October/ P12000
Business rates: P15,000 per year, to be paid in twelve equal monthly installments.
Rent: paid monthly as follows: P700 in July to be increased by P100 from August onwards.
Estimated gas usage for three months is P500, payable in October.
Also, the company pays their employees a total of P15,000. In addition, the company pays the mortgage of P11,750,
insurance of P5,500, office supplies of P2,500, utilities of P5,000, and advertising of P6,000.
Lastly, the owner receives 12,000 dividends.
