EMPLOYMENT CONTRACT
Jony Andres GONZALES FERNANDEZ (CARPENTER)

This Employment Contract is made by and between Kenyo Renzo VELVEDER GONZALES, identified
by National Identity Document (DNI) No. 46653238, domiciled at San Martin de Porres Lima-Peru, acting
as legal representative of KEB GLOBAL S.A.C., identified by Taxpayer Identification (RUC) No.
20606946181, and Jony Andres GONZALES FERNANDEZ, identified by DNI No. 10506244, domiciled
in the city of Lima-Peru, Mz. “E” Lot 1 Asc. Los Andes S.M.P (“EMPLOYEE”) (carpenter).

FIRST.-
The employer is a person whose corporate purpose is to contract and build furniture and carpentry work
in general, therefore, Employer requires a carpenter to take charge of the position on a permanent basis,
in the different works and building of furniture and carpentry work in general.
SECOND.-
THE employee undertakes to render his services to the EMPLOYER to perform the various furniture and
carpentry building works and must submit to strict compliance with the work for which he has been hired,
under the instructions given by his bosses or instructors.
THIRD.-
The contract period is 12 months starting on December 02, 2022 to December 02, 2023 and may be
renewed at the end of this date.
FOURTH.-
In consideration for the services of the EMPLOYEE, the employer agrees to pay a monthly compensation
of S/. 1,700.00 soles (One Thousand Seven Hundred Soles).
Amount to be increased according to the Employer's policy. Employer also undertakes to provide
Employee with the necessary materials to carry out his activities, and to grant the corresponding legal
benefits.
FIFTH.-
The EMPLOYEE shall render services on the following schedule: Monday through Saturday (Days) from
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (hours) with a 45-minute lunch break to be taken from 12:00 PM to 12:45 PM.
SIXTH.-
Anything not provided for in this contract shall be governed by the legal provisions in force.
SEVEN.-
For the purposes of this contract, the parties hereto express their agreement with the contents and effect
of this contract and in witness whereof they have executed this contract in three counterparts, each of
which shall be deemed an original.
