* Organize linkage building events for sharing production and experience among VMF and
demonstration pond beneficiaries with market actors and other relevant stakeholders.
* Plan, coordinate and implements ward meeting for RMA, Bigger picture PSPM, Business planning
and IGA.
* Form GPUK and VSLA groups as well as skill development of the members and leaders from these
groups through meetings and other events.
* Support GCDO to organize and facilitate life skill training for peer leaders of adolescent groups.
* Build capacity of UP bodies and UP sanding committees.
* Perform regular follow-up and provide supportive supervision to FF as well as to SCM in group and
