(X) Obligation between Main Contractor and Sub-Contractor

The following scope of works to be carried out by Sub-Contract is not exhaustive. Sub-Contractor shall price within the unit
rates their obligation in compliance with this requirement and deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the correctness and
sufficiency of the offer which shall be deemed to cover all his obligation under the Sub-Contract and all matters and things
necessary for the proper construction and completion of the Sub-Contract Works.
