KOMODO

Komodo are called a class of reptiles which are endemic to Indonesia. Komodo are solitary
animal and gether when eating and breeding. Komodo can run up to twenty kilometres per
hours and are able to climb trees with their claws. Komodo have loner attitude, cane only live in
Indonesia and discovered four million years ago.

Komodo discovered in Australia, now it is only found on Komodo Island in the Komodo National
Park, Komodo district, East Nusa Tenggara. Komodo cannot live in the wild and can only live in
Komodo island. Komodo are natural predators and Komodo as a supoorter of tourism in Labuan
Bajo. Komodo has body like a lizard, dark yellow brown skin color, rough scaly skin, strong claws,
and we have local name is “ORA”.
