HOTEL DESIGN PROBLEM:

Your clients, a very young couple who are avid travelers, Mr. & Mrs. Policarpio have a small corner lot and a dream of owning a
boutique hotel that caters to like-minded individuals. They want a small-scale hotel that offers unparalleled experiences and
comfort while ensuring that guests receive exceptional value for their money. The hotel should reflect a unique concept that will
make its design noteworthy, incorporating elements from different cultures/ideas into the design.

The key features of this boutique hotel include:

Accommodation:
Each room (22-26 SQM Standard Unit) should accommodate 2 bunk beds, a private toilet and bath, closets, working desks,
and a balcony. A stylish, comfortable, and value-for-money design approach is essential.

Amenity Floors:
The two amenity floors should be creative and offer a variety of experiences.
Must include a swimming pool, co-working spaces, meditation room, and fitness gym.

Ground Floor:
The ground floor should have commercial spaces for added income and to attract people to the development.
Include a welcoming lobby and admin spaces.

National Building Code Requirements:


Comply with parking count regulations. Max. of 2 Basement Floors or 2 Podium Floors.
Adhere to building height limits.
Maintain appropriate setbacks from property boundaries.
Include 2 elevators (1 passenger elevator and 1 passenger/service elevator).
Incorporate 2 fire exit stairs.
Hallways
Allocate space for utility rooms (General Utility Rooms for Lower Floors and EE & Garbage Room per Floor.
